By accessing or using the Biztatics platform (hereinafter, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Biztatics offers strategic consulting services, statistical modeling, and executive training for optimizing business processes, corporate resource planning, performance analysis, operational budget management, and reducing commercial risks. The Service is provided "as is" and subject to availability.
All content, materials, methodologies, and tools provided by Biztatics are the exclusive property of the company. Their reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written authorization is prohibited.
Biztatics shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or profits. The user assumes all risks associated with the use of the platform.
Payments for consulting or training services are made in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 7 business days after contracting, subject to a 15% penalty for administrative expenses. No refunds are made after the service provision has begun.
Biztatics reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of breach of these terms, without prior notice. The user may cancel their account at any time by written request to info@biztatics.com.
Biztatics may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the platform or by email. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
